What we offer
Nine free, no-sign-up calculators covering home loans (borrowing power, repayments, stamp duty), personal lending (car, personal and credit-card repayments) and tax & super (income tax, capital gains tax and superannuation) — each built for Australian rates and rules.
How we keep it accurate
Our calculators use current Australian figures — RBA cash rate and lender rates, APRA serviceability rules, ATO 2026–27 tax scales, state stamp-duty schedules and the 12% Super Guarantee — and we date our figures so you know how current they are. Sources include the RBA, ASIC MoneySmart and the ATO.
How we verify rates
Every rate on this site is checked against the body that sets it — not against another calculator. Income tax scales, Medicare levy thresholds and HELP repayment rates come from the ATO and the Income Tax Rates Act 1986; superannuation caps and the Super Guarantee from the ATO; stamp duty scales and first home buyer relief from each state and territory revenue office individually, because the eight jurisdictions rarely change together.
When a rate changes we sweep the whole page, not just the calculation — the tables, threshold notes, FAQs and structured data all carry figures and all can drift apart. Every calculator is then re-tested against worked examples published by the relevant authority before the change goes live.
An automated check runs weekly across every calculator on the site. It re-tests each one for script errors and compares the figures on the page against a recorded list of the current statutory values, so a rate that goes stale or a fix that gets reverted surfaces within a week rather than at the next tax time.
Rates were last verified on 26 July 2026. If you find a figure you believe is wrong, tell us — corrections are checked against the source and, where we are wrong, fixed.
